Scope and ownership

"A baseline is useful only when observed evidence, unavailable evidence, and zero-start counters are kept distinct."

NorthBridge Growth & Research owns a monthly 25-query monitoring set: five fixed prompts each for brand, service, industry, competitor, and recommendation intent. The review runs on the first working Monday using consistent wording and signed-out conditions. The toolset combines a controlled query log, public search sampling, an AI citation evidence register, privacy-safe aggregate analytics, and qualified-enquiry counts.

7 September 2026 baseline

NorthBridge-owned pages appeared in all five sampled brand-query variants. No NorthBridge result appeared in the five service, five industry, or five recommendation variants. NorthBridge appeared in two of five competitor queries, both of which named the brand explicitly; it did not appear in the three generic peer-discovery queries.

The retained 25-query evidence register contained zero verified AI citations. Because no attributable AI answer was available for factual review, factual accuracy is recorded as not applicable rather than as zero or 100%. Google Analytics AI-attributable referral sessions and qualified enquiries both opened at zero on the report date.

Actions opened from the findings

The service finding opens an update to the Capital page around mid-market fundraising and capital-access intent. The industry finding opens a concise answer block and stronger source attribution on the MSME capital-gap research. Brand ambiguity opens organisation-name and structured-data checks across core pages. Recommendation visibility will be addressed with evidence-led selection criteria only when public proof is available.

Privacy boundary

Monthly reports use aggregate counts and broad referral categories only. They do not collect or reproduce names, email addresses, full referrer URLs, query strings, free-text enquiry content, or private lead records. Qualified enquiries are counted, not profiled.
